Next Steps

Our church family is reading through Matthew through the Lent season. We encourage you to record your daily reflections using the HEAR (Highlight–Explain–Apply–Respond) journal format. We have prepared books to guide you through these daily readings that also gives room for journaling. These books can be found online at Lent Book and the Kids Lent Book.

Love to sing? This Easter Sunday, April 20, is your opportunity to sing with the Easter Choir! Practice the music on your own with our website or mobile app, then join us for one Sunday afternoon rehearsal on March 30 and a dress rehearsal on Wednesday, April 16. You’ll be all set to lead our church family and our Easter guests in worship on Easter Sunday. To get involved, just write “Easter Choir” in the comments on the Next Steps form above or email Lee Barnett for more information.

On Sunday, April 20, at 9:00 & 10:30 AM, we will celebrate the resurrection of Jesus – a real, historical event that changes everything! There will be no community groups but childcare will be provided for ages birth through pre-K. If you’d like resources to invite friends and neighbors, simply write “Easter Invite” on the Next Steps form and be sure to include your email and phone number. We’ll send you some tools you can use to invite everyone to experience Easter with us!

We began this new tradition last year to foster authentic relationships while celebrating the Lord’s Supper together. Join one of several Community Group–hosted gatherings in homes or other venues. Families are welcome and there’s also a simple way for kids to participate. If you are not involved in a Community Group or need help choosing a gathering, reach out by using the Next Steps form or contacting the Church Office.
