Listen to the Word

Love… always perseveres. Love never fails… (1 Corinthians 13:7-8)

Our culture views love as something that comes and goes. If “you’ve lost that lovin’ feeling” - well, there’s really nothing you can do about it. According to the world, you can fall out of love when the going gets tough. 

The Bible has a different viewpoint. According to the Bible, love with an expiration date isn’t real love. Real love is constant. It doesn’t come and go with our moods or fluctuate according to how the other person is treating us. It is a commitment that is kept no matter what. It is permanent. It never dies and you can’t kill it. Love ALWAYS perseveres. Love NEVER fails.
