Listen to the Word

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. (James 1:5)

Let’s play a little game. It’s called, “Who is smarter – you or God?”

Do you know the number of hairs on your head? God does.

Do you know the names of all 8 billion people on earth? God does.

Do you know how to design an eye, or assemble a string of DNA? God does.

Do you know how to direct a sea turtle to the spot where she was hatched? God does.

Do you know how to design and build Canis Majoris, a star bigger than 7 quadrillion earths? God does.

No offense, but I’m pretty sure God is smarter than you. He is wise enough to handle the things you find confusing. Ask him for wisdom!
